Help us safeguard our students from active shooters by donating up to $25,000 towards purchasing 50 Apple Inc. iPad Tablets (9th-generation) for K-12 Schools through our nonprofit organization.
School shootings have been a tragic and persistent issue in the United States. Our organization, Protecting Our Students (POS), is dedicated to ending this crisis through education, advocacy, and community outreach. We donate iPads to K-12 schools to be used in our program as communication, research, and data analysis tools. Schools will maintain the use of these iPads even after the assessment is completed.
Each iPad will come pre-installed with our proprietary AI app, available in the App Store, featuring our School Safety Assessment (SSA) tool, “POSSafetyNet℠.” This app measures a school’s strengths and weaknesses concerning active shooter scenarios. The app evaluates school buildings’ interior and exterior grounds vulnerabilities and highlights areas for improvement. Once the assessment is completed, we provide recommendations for safety enhancements via dashboard reports to protect students, staff, and faculty.
